How does shipping work?

We ship items through FedEx. Shipping prices vary on the dimensions of the item(s) and location of delivery.

How Far Out Do You Offer In-Home Consultations for Customers?

Jo's Gallery offers in-home consultations for all of our customers within a 25 mile radius of our brick and mortar location. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per consultation that can be applied towards your purchase.

How Are Our Framing Services Priced?

Framing services are priced based on the following criteria: type of frame, the inclusion of inlays and matboards, types of glass used, and the overall size of the frame. 

How Long Is the Turnaround for Framing?

For artwork brought in store, we ask that you allow one to two weeks for framing services will. In terms of shipping, we fulfill orders within two to three weeks.

Do you have a Return Policy?

All sales are final. Some items may be returned for an exchange credit only. 

Do you offer discounts for students or nonprofits?
